Azadi OTT Release: Sreenath Bhasi's Malayalam Jailbreak Thriller

About the Film

Set against the backdrop of Kottayam Medical College, Azadi unravels the intense story of Ganga, a pregnant woman entangled in a murder accusation involving a political leader’s son. As she awaits childbirth in custody, her husband Raghu orchestrates a bold, time-bound escape plan with covert help from hospital staff. But as they attempt to flee, buried secrets and unresolved past events begin to haunt them, turning their escape into a fight for their very lives.

Marking the directorial debut of Jo George, Azadi features Sreenath Bhasi and Saiju Kurup in lead roles, supported by a talented ensemble including Mala Parvathi and TG Ravi. The gripping screenplay is penned by Sagar, known for Veekam and Sathyam Mathrame Bodhippikku, and the film is backed by Faizal Raja under the Little Crew Production banner.
