Kanakarajyam, a Malayalam film inspired by real events in Alappuzha, will soon be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video. After its theatrical release on July 5, the film has garnered attention for its engaging narrative and realistic portrayal of social themes. Directed by Sagar Hari, known for Sathyam Mathrame Bodhippikku and Veekam, the film explores the lives of ordinary people, focusing on their pride, moral integrity, and financial struggles.

The film stars veteran actor Indrans as Ramanathan, a humble security guard, and Murali Gopy as Venu, a man burdened by heavy debts from failed business ventures. The movie also features Leona Lishoy, Sreejith Ravi, Jolly Chirayath, and others in key roles.

Produced by Ajith Vinayaka under Ajith Vinayaka Films, Kanakarajyam was scored by Arun Muraleedharan with cinematography by Abhilash Shankar and editing by Ajeesh Anand. Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital rights, and the film's streaming release date will be announced soon.
