The Malayalam social drama Pombalai Orumai, directed by Vipin Atley, will stream on Manorama Max starting January 10, 2025, at midnight. The film, starring Shreeshma Chandran and Jitheesh Parameshwar, was originally released in theaters in 2024 and received positive reviews but did not gain mass attention. After a brief release on Saina Play earlier in 2024, it is now making its OTT debut on Manorama Max, available in its original Malayalam version.

The film is set in rural Kerala and follows Ancy Mol, a Junior Health Inspector transferred during the COVID-19 pandemic, who aids Sunitha, a tailor involved in a mysterious case. Alongside her friends, Ancy helps uncover the secrets behind Sunitha’s investigation.

The film also features Shilpa Anil, Twinkle Joby, Vidya Rani, and others. It is produced by Macrom Pictures, with Syam Ramesh composing the songs and Ninnoy Varghese composing the original score.
