The much-anticipated film Prathimukham, starring Sidhartha Siva and Rajeev Pillai, will be released directly on digital platforms after facing prolonged delays. Directed by Vishnu Vardhan, Sidhartha’s brother, this film marks Vishnu’s debut in direction, and he also crafted the screenplay. The movie was primarily shot in Thiruvalla, with Sidhartha, Vishnu, and Rarish G. collaborating on the cinematography.

Prathimukham, with the tagline "Manifestation of Ecstasy," stars Marathi actress Tanvi Kishore in the lead female role. The ensemble cast includes Sudheesh, Mohan Ayroor, Basheer Bashi, Kannada actor Sundeep Malani, Puthillam Bhasi, KPAC Manoj, Lali Mattakkal, Anil K M, Johny Ayroor, Chandran Sarathi, Biju Thiruvalla, Kathika Vijayakumar, Nasrin, Shabna Das, Aayilya, Maya Suresh, and Anitha Anand, adding depth and variety to the cast.

The film’s editing is led by Bony T Varghese, with Tony Joseph composing the music and Vinu Thomas providing the background score. Prathimukham is produced by KM Varghese, Lukose K Chacko, AK Usman, and Mohan, contributing to a strong production team.

Before Prathimukham, Sidhartha Siva was last seen in the SonyLIV web series Jai Mahendran, which starred Saiju Kurup. Rajeev Pillai, on the other hand, last appeared in the Tamil movie Petta Rap, featuring Prabhu Deva in the lead.
