Aadi Shankaracharya OTT Release Date And Details

The highly anticipated social-historical series Aadi Shankaracharya, exploring the life and teachings of the great philosopher, is set for its digital premiere. Directed by Onkar Nath Mishra and backed by The Art of Living, the show will stream on ManoramaMAX starting March 21.

About the Series

Set in the 8th century, Aadi Shankaracharya follows the journey of Shankar, a young boy from Kerala, who unites a fragmented India under Sanatan Dharma. Amid invasions and ideological conflicts, Shankar travels across the land, restoring the country’s spiritual essence. Season 1, spanning 10 episodes, covers the first eight years of his life.

Cast and Crew

The show stars Arnav Khanijo as Shri Shankar, Sandeep Mohan as Acharya Shivguru, and Suman Gupta as Devi Aryamba. It is produced by Sri Sri Publications Trust and ONM Multimedia, with cinematography by S. Sameer and music by Suryakamal and Bapi Bhattacharya.
