Rajinikanth’s Coolie, his first collaboration with director Lokesh Kanagaraj, created huge buzz even before release, with big names like Nagarjuna, Aamir Khan, and Sathyaraj joining the cast. Released on August 14, 2025, alongside War 2, the film received mixed reviews.

After 25 days in theatres, it has landed on Amazon Prime Video, streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

The Hindi version will arrive later, following the 8-week OTT window. The film also stars Shruti Haasan, Rachita Ram, Pooja Hegde, and others, with music by Anirudh Ravichander and backing from Sun Pictures.
