Hansika Motwani's 'Guardian' to Stream on Aha

The movie, which follows Aparna, an architect who feels unlucky in life, struggled at the box office and received unfavorable reviews upon its theatrical release. The story explores how Aparna learns that her wishes come true after a minor mishap, leading her to confront both human and supernatural forces to uncover the truth behind her haunting experiences.

The film features a cast that includes Suresh Menon, Sriman, Rajendran, Pradeep Rayan, and Tiger Garden Thangadurai. Directed by Sabari, Guardian is produced by Vijay Chandar under the Film Works label, with music by Sam CS and cinematography by KA Sakthivel.

While Guardian did not perform well in theaters, it remains to be seen if it will resonate with OTT audiences. Hansika Motwani, known for her debut in the Telugu film Desamuduru, has appeared in several South Indian films and was last seen in the horror movie 105 Minutes. She also debuted on OTT in 2023 with the web series MY3 and has upcoming projects like Rowdy Baby and Man.
