Kanguva OTT Release Date: When And Where To Watch

Kanguva, starring Suriya, hit theaters globally on November 14, 2024. Directed by Siva, the film is available in standard, 3D, and IMAX formats. The digital rights for the South Indian language versions have been acquired by Amazon Prime Video, but the OTT release will be delayed until after its theatrical run, allowing the film to maximize box office earnings first.

Film Production and Budget:

Kanguva was announced in 2019 but faced delays due to the pandemic. Filming resumed in 2022 and concluded in January 2024. With a budget of ₹300-350 crore, it is one of the most expensive Indian films. The movie was shot in locations across Chennai, Goa, Kerala, Kodaikanal, and Rajahmundry.

Cast and Crew:

Suriya plays dual roles as Kanguva and Francis Theodore, with Bobby Deol as the antagonist Udhiran, and Disha Patani as Angelina. The film also features Natarajan Subramaniam, K. S. Ravikumar, Yogi Babu, and others. Directed by Siva, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Vetri Palanisamy, and editing by Nishadh Yusuf.
