The Tamil movie "Kudumbasthan" revolves around a middle-class man who struggles with mounting debts and family tensions after losing his job. The comedy film stars K Manikandan and Saanve Megghana in the lead roles. Released in theatres on January 24, Kudumbasthan earned Rs 23.3 crore in India and Rs 27 crore worldwide after 32 days of release. The film is currently making headlines due to its streaming update.

There were initially reports that the movie would be released on OTT on February 28. However, these rumors have proven to be untrue. According to a new report by OTTPlay, the movie's OTT release has been postponed by a week.As per the updated reports, "Kudumbasthan" might be available on the OTT platform Zee5 from March 7. However, an official confirmation from the makers of the movie is still awaited.
