Maareesan, the upcoming Tamil film starring Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil, will be released in theaters in July. Netflix has secured the post-theatrical streaming rights for the film, marking its debut on the platform after its theatrical run. Directed by Sudheesh Sankar and produced by RB Choudary under the Super Good Films banner, Maareesan is the 100th venture of the production company. The film features music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, with Kalaiselvan Sivaji handling cinematography and Sreejith Sarang overseeing editing. A new poster showcases an intense face-off between Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil. Fans can also stream Maamannan, a political drama starring the same duo, which is currently available on Netflix.
