Petta Rap OTT Release Date and Platform

Petta Rap, the Tamil action-comedy film starring Prabhu Deva and Vedhika, will be available for streaming on Prime Video starting November 12, 2024. After its global theatrical release on September 27, 2024, the movie will now be accessible to a broader audience through the OTT platform.

The film follows the story of Bala, a young man from a middle-class background aspiring to be an action hero, and Janaki, a girl with dreams of becoming a pop singer.

Petta Rap Production, Cast, and Crew

Filming for Petta Rap began on June 15, 2023, and wrapped up in February 2024. The movie blends thrilling action with vibrant music, inspired by a remix of the iconic 1994 song "Kadhalan" by A. R. Rahman.

Directed by S. J. Sinu, the movie also features Sunny Leone in a cameo and a supporting cast including Vivek Prasanna, Bagavathi Perumal, Riyaz Khan, and Kalabhavan Shajohn. The film's music is composed by D. Imman, and cinematography is handled by Jithu Damodar. The film is produced by Jobi. P. Sam under Blue Hill Films.
