Shaam's Crime Thriller Asthram Gets OTT Release Date

Shaam’s crime-investigation thriller Asthram, which released in theatres on March 21 to poor reviews, will premiere on Aha Tamil on May 9. Directed by Aravind Rajagopal, Asthram features a script by Jegan MS and stars Nizhalgal Ravi, Aroul D Shankar, Jeeva Ravi, and Ranjith DSM.

Despite Rajagopal’s experience in short films, critics noted the weak script and underdeveloped characters. The film features a musical score by Sundaramoorthy, while Kalyan handles the cinematography and Boopathy takes care of the editing. The film is produced by Dhana Shanmugamani under Best Movies.
