Vaazhai, directed by Mari Selvaraj, is now available on Disney+ Hotstar after its theatrical release on August 23. The Tamil film follows two boys and their families working in banana plantations and is based on real events from Selvaraj's childhood. It can be streamed in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi.

The film received positive reviews and was commercially successful, featuring a cast that includes Ponvel M, Raghul R, and Kalaiyarasan.

Upcoming Project: Bison

Selvaraj is also working on a sports drama titled Bison-Kalamadan, starring Dhruv Vikram and Anupama Parameswaran, currently in production. A release date has not yet been announced.
