It had a grand theatrical release on October 31, coinciding with the Diwali festival.

Despite releasing alongside two big films, "KA" managed to captivate audiences with its strong content. Having successfully entered its fifth week, the film has joined the ₹50-crore club. It stands as Kiran Abbavaram's highest-grossing movie, bringing him significant recognition. Notably, the film achieved this milestone solely in the Telugu market, which is a remarkable feat.

The makers are now planning to release the film in other Indian languages as well. Meanwhile, an exciting update has emerged regarding its OTT release in Telugu. The digital streaming rights have been acquired by the prominent platform ETV Win. Recently, they hinted at the film's OTT release, indicating that "KA" will soon debut on the platform. It is speculated to arrive this week or the next, though the final release date is yet to be confirmed.
