Star heroine Samantha has been away from movie shootings for about 10 months due to illness. Finally, she acted in Shakunthalam and Khushi, but her later films did not agree. But as per the contract, the 'Citadel' web series was completed despite illness.

Samantha recently posted a video on her official Instagram stories. It has been officially announced that they will participate in the shootings soon. 'Already many people are asking when they will participate in shooting again. Finally, that time has come. Soon I will participate in the shootings. I was also unemployed for a few days. I did a program on health podcasts with my friends. The video will be released soon.' Samantha said.

The next project is Citadel. It is a Hollywood action series in which she acted opposite Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan. Both of them shared the screen for the first time. Produced by Raj DK, the series will air on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. The promotion program will start soon.
