Tamil superstar Sivakarthikeyan, along with actress Sai Pallavi, starred in the recent blockbuster "Amaran." Based on the story of Major Varadarajan from the book India's Most Fearless, the film is directed by Rajkumar Periyaswamy. Released on October 31st as a Diwali treat, the movie became a super hit at the box office. Not only did it become Sivakarthikeyan's biggest career hit, but it also grossed over ₹300 crores.

After delighting audiences in theaters, the movie has now announced its OTT release.The film is set to stream on the renowned OTT platform Netflix from December 5th, and will be available in several languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

In this film, Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of Major Mukund Varadarajan, an army officer.The film is produced by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, along with Sony Pictures International Productions and God Bless Entertainment.
