Ariana Grande's Wicked To Stream On JioCinema And Prime Video After Theatrical Run

The film adaptation of Wicked, starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, is receiving praise for its performances and visuals. After its theater run, Wicked will be available for rent on platforms like Prime Video and will stream for JioCinema (OTTplay Premium) subscribers next year.

The movie, based on Gregory Maguire’s novel, tells the backstory of Elphaba (Erivo) and Glinda (Grande) before Dorothy arrives in Oz. With a budget of $150 million, Wicked has earned $162.9 million globally. The second part is set for release on November 21, 2025.
