Captain America: Brave New World, the first Marvel release of 2025, is set to debut on JioHotstar on May 28. Originally hitting theatres on February 14, the film has grossed $415 million worldwide despite mixed critical reception.

Directed by Julius Onah, the movie features Anthony Mackie stepping in as the new Captain America, with Harrison Ford portraying President Thaddeus Ross, also known as Red Hulk. 

The plot involves global tensions and a returning villain. This is the first Captain America film without Chris Evans in the lead role.
