The 1996 disaster film Twister has finally received a standalone sequel nearly three decades later. Titled Twisters, this 2024 Hollywood disaster movie, directed by Lee Isaac Chung, stars Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Anthony Ramos. The film follows Tyler Owens (Powell), a renowned storm chaser, and Kate Carter (Edgar-Jones), a meteorologist haunted by a past tornado encounter, as they are drawn back into storm-chasing.

After a successful theatrical release on 19th July 2024, Twisters is set for its OTT debut. Starting 30th August 2024, the movie will be available on BookMyShow, where viewers can rent it in Hindi and English.
