Venom: The Last Dance, the final chapter in the Venom trilogy, is now available for streaming on multiple OTT platforms, but there's a catch. The movie, released theatrically in October, can be rented for Rs. 299 on BookMyShow Stream, Prime Video, and ZEE5.

About the Film

Directed and written by Kelly Marcel, Venom: The Last Dance stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom, alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, and others. This film concludes the Venom trilogy, following Venom (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021). It is the fifth installment in Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU).

Plot

In the final installment, Eddie Brock and Venom are on the run, facing fatal decisions as they are pursued by both their enemies and their past. Production of the film faced delays due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, but it was completed by February 2024.

Franchise Future

Although The Last Dance wraps up Eddie and Venom's story, it sets the stage for the future of Knull in the SSU. Hardy has hinted at the possibility of a return and even a crossover with Spider-Man, saying, "Never say never."

The film earned $472 million globally, becoming the tenth highest-grossing film of 2024.
