Sikandar Ka Muqaddar Review

Sikandar Ka Muqaddar review

Neeraj Pandey’s Sikandar Ka Muqaddar is a heist thriller that struggles due to its lengthy runtime of over two and a half hours. While the plot, revolving around Avinash Tiwary’s character Sikandar and his cat-and-mouse chase with cop Jaswinder Singh (Jimmy Shergill), holds potential, the film’s drawn-out climax and frequent flashbacks dampen the suspense.

The performances are strong, with Tiwary excelling as Sikandar, and Shergill delivering a nuanced portrayal of a conflicted officer. Tamannaah Bhatia and Rajeev Mehta also shine in their roles, but the film's pacing issues and predictable twists prevent it from becoming a standout heist thriller.

Despite its flaws, the film is still worth a one-time watch, with a cliffhanger ending hinting at a possible sequel.

Rating: 3/5
