Dear Uma is a drama about a singer's journey and a doctor's entry into his life, highlighting corporate hospital frauds, with decent visuals and a 2.75/5 rating.

Dear Uma Movie Review: Dear Uma is a Telugu film featuring Sumaya Reddy as the lead actress, who also worked as the producer and writer of the movie. Pruthvi Ambaar played the male lead, and the film is directed by Sai Rajesh Mahadev. The movie was released today, April 18. It includes notable performances from Faima, Bhadram, Kamal Kamaraju, Aamani, Rajeev Kanakala, Saptagiri, Lobo, and Ajay Ghosh in key roles.
On the technical front, the cinematography and visuals are impressive. The background music is decent, and the songs are okay to listen to once. Though the story is regular, the makers tried to present it differently with a slightly confusing screenplay. A few scenes in the first half could have been trimmed for a better experience. Production-wise, it appears that a good amount of money was spent to bring quality to the screen.Overall, Dear Uma shows what happens when a doctor enters the life of a guy who dreams of becoming a singer. The film also highlights the frauds happening in corporate hospitals. The movie can be rated 2.75 out of 5.
