Imtiaz Ali’s 2014 film Highway, starring Alia Bhatt and Randeep Hooda, has been re-released in theatres to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025. The film, a standout in Alia Bhatt's career, is now playing from March 7 to 13, 2025, across PVR and Inox cinemas.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Highway tells the story of Veera Tripathi (Alia Bhatt), a young woman who finds freedom after being abducted on a highway. The film received critical acclaim, particularly for the performances of Alia Bhatt and Randeep Hooda. Fans are thrilled about its rerelease, with many expressing excitement to watch it on the big screen again.
