Ram Gopal Varma has announced the re-release of the Bollywood cult classic Rangeela to mark its 30th anniversary on September 8. The production house Ultra Media will release the film in a 4K version.
Originally released in 1995, Rangeela starred Aamir Khan, Urmila Matondkar, and Jackie Shroff, and marked A.R. Rahman’s Bollywood debut as a music director. While the exact re-release date is not confirmed, it is expected in October.
