Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri’s upcoming film with director Vishal Bhardwaj has officially revealed its release date and additional cast members. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the movie is set for a theatrical release on December 5, 2025. Alongside Shahid and Triptii, the film will also feature Nana Patekar and Randeep Hooda in pivotal roles.

The project marks a reunion between Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj after successful collaborations with Kaminey, Haider, and Rangoon. Shahid recently teased the film on Instagram, hinting at an edgy role that blends mystery, innocence, and vulnerability. He suggested his character, Deva, might explore a darker, more complex side, possibly even delving into gangster territory.

Triptii Dimri also shared her excitement for the project with a post celebrating "new beginnings." Sources reveal that a massive set is being built in Mumbai for the film, which is set in the post-independence underworld. More than 500 people are working to bring this grand vision to life.
