A decade after its 2015 debut, the Kannada thriller RangiTaranga, directed by Anup Bhandari and produced by HK Prakash, is set for a theatrical re-release on July 4.

Reuniting the cast and crew, Anup reflected on the film’s surprising success despite releasing alongside Baahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. “People doubted we'd recover even poster costs, but it became a hit, entered the New York Box Office listings, and ran for a year in Karnataka,” he shared.

With limited online availability, the team felt this was the right time for a re-release. The emotional response to the trailer, including from Radhika and Nirup Bhandari, made it feel like reliving a dream.
