After a two-year gap since Miss Shetty and Mr. Polishetty, Anushka is back with a female-centric film titled Ghaati, directed by Krish, who previously gave her a hit with Vedam. Produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Baba under UV Creations, the film has already impressed with its initial glimpses.

Though originally planned for April 18, delays in shooting pushed the schedule. With filming now complete, Ghaati is set for a worldwide theatrical release on September 5.

Promotions will kick off soon, starting with the trailer launch this Wednesday, which will also confirm the release date.

Post-production is in full swing, and the team hopes this film brings Anushka another major success like Arundhati and Bhaagamathie.
