Mahesh Babu’s 2018 film Bharat Ane Nenu is set for a re-release in theatres on April 19, celebrating its 7th anniversary. The political drama, which stars Mahesh Babu and Kiara Advani, is directed by Koratala Siva. It follows the story of Bharat Ram, an Oxford student who takes on his late father’s role as CM to implement socio-political reforms.

Made with a budget of 65 crores, the film earned around 160 crores at the box office and marked Kiara Advani’s Telugu debut. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Produced by DVV Entertainment, Bharat Ane Nenu was the second collaboration between Mahesh Babu and Koratala Siva, after Srimanthudu (2015).
