Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (SVSC), the iconic family drama starring Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh, is set for a re-release on March 7. Directed by Srikanth Addala, this 2013 film was a major hit, earning a share of Rs 51 Crore and winning several awards, including four Nandi Awards. Fans of the film, who have long awaited its return to the big screen, will now be able to experience it in a newly enhanced 4K version.

SVSC was originally released for Sankranthi in 2013, with a budget of Rs 40 Crore. It quickly became one of the highest-grossing films of the year. The film’s success spurred a trend of re-releases in Tollywood, starting with Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri.
