Old and new films are once again lighting up theaters across the Telugu states. On special occasions like festivals and hero birthdays, past hits are being remastered and re-released. Joining this trend is the romantic classic Ye Maaya Chesave.

Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film stars Naga Chaitanya and marks Samantha’s debut. Though it had a slow start upon its original release on February 26, 2010, the movie later gained popularity among youth. Produced by Ghattamaneni Manjula, the film is now set for a re-release on July 18. A romantic still featuring Sam and Chai has also been shared.
