Paramount Pictures has confirmed that Gladiator II, directed by Ridley Scott, will premiere in Indian theaters on November 15, a week before its U.S. release. The film will be offered in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

The latest trailer features an epic battle scene and introduces key characters, including Lucius (Paul Mescal), a slave-turned-gladiator, and Roman general Marcus Acacius (Pedro Pascal). Lucius, son of Lucilla (Connie Nielsen) and nephew of Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix), is portrayed as a Maximus-inspired hero facing challenges from two Roman emperors.

Denzel Washington stars as Macrinus, a "Roman powerbroker" and ally to Lucius. The film is based on a screenplay by David Scarpa, with a story by Peter Craig.
