The trailer of the upcoming pan-India film Mr. X, starring Arya in the lead role, has been officially released, generating significant buzz among audiences. Directed by Manu Anand, who gained recognition with his successful film FIR, the project promises an intense action-thriller experience.

Alongside Arya, the film features a strong ensemble cast including Gautham Karthik, Sarath Kumar, Manju Warrier, Anaka, Atulya Ravi, Raisa Wilson, and Khali Venkat in key roles.

Mr. X is inspired by a mysterious historical incident dating back to 1965, when Indian soldiers reportedly transported seven plutonium capsules to Nanda Devi in the Himalayas as part of a covert mission related to tensions with China. According to the director, the capsules went missing, and despite decades of research spanning over 60 years, their whereabouts remain unknown.

Highlighting this intriguing premise, Manu Anand stated that the story of these missing nuclear capsules forms the core narrative of Mr. X. He also noted that the opportunity to direct this ambitious project came after the success of his debut film FIR.

The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on April 17 and is expected to appeal to audiences across multiple languages as a pan-India offering.
