Pooja Hegde's Unique Homesick Remedy and Upcoming Film Projects

In the film industry, actors and actresses often have to stay away from home for long periods. It's natural for them to feel homesick during such times. Everyone has their own way of dealing with homesickness. Star heroine Pooja Hegde has found her own remedy — she combines Parle-G biscuits with hot tea to feel comforted and beat homesickness. Pooja shared this herself through a post on her Instagram, saying that this is her favorite combination and also posted a video enjoying it.

In the video, Pooja takes a biscuit from a packet and says, “I’m dipping this in my chai.” She adds at the end of the video, “This is dangerous stuff,” and captioned it as “Home Sick Remedies.” Talking about her career, Pooja recently appeared in a retro Tamil movie alongside Suriya, but the film turned out to be a flop.

Currently, Pooja is busy with “Hai Jawani To Ishq Hona Hai” under the direction of David Dhawan, starring Varun Dhawan. The film also includes Mrunal Thakur, Mouni Roy, Chunky Panday, Jimmy Shergill, Maniesh Paul, Kubbra Sait, Rohit Saraf, Rajeev Khandelwal, and Nitish Nirmal. In terms of Telugu cinema, Pooja hasn’t done any movies after “Acharya.” A series of flops has led to a decline in offers. Recently, during retro movie promotions, she revealed she has signed a pure love story in Telugu, with an official announcement expected soon.
