Deadpool and Wolverine Collections: Marvel Studios' eagerly awaited film 'Deadpool and Wolverine', starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, had a phenomenal start at the Indian box office on its opening Friday. The movie set a record for advance bookings, amassing Rs 21 crore on its first day. On its second day, the film earned an estimated Rs 22.50 crore, pushing its overall net collection to Rs 43.50 crore. The film's gross earnings were Rs 44.99 crore, narrowly missing the Rs 50 crore mark, with final figures still pending.

On Saturday, July 27, 'Deadpool and Wolverine' saw a peak occupancy rate of 41.94% for its English-language screenings. The film has grossed Rs 500 crore, making it one of the year's highest-grossing films.

In North America, the film reached a significant milestone, earning $100 million, with an impressive $96 million on its opening day, marking the sixth-highest debut for an R-rated film.

Despite its 'Adult' rating, the film has achieved substantial earnings. Early reports indicate that it will exceed its expected gross of Rs 25 crore (Rs 21 crore net), a target that has already been met.
