Akshay Kumar has tested positive for Covid-19 amid promotions for his latest film, Sarfira. The superstar contracted the virus during these promotions and has since isolated himself.

Consequently, he will miss Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding, to which he was personally invited by Anant.

Despite feeling unwell and getting tested following reports of his promotion team's positive cases, Akshay remains committed to health protocols.

Known for his fitness, Akshay is expected to recover swiftly. Meanwhile, Sarfira, a remake of the Tamil film Soorarai Pottru, has received positive reviews and features Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, and a cameo by Suriya, the star of the original film.
