Dhruva Nakshatra movie postponed again

Internet Desk: 'Dhruva Natchathiram' is a film directed by Gautham Menon, starring Vikram. It is widely known that this spy action thriller has faced multiple postponements, a matter that the director recently addressed. He expressed the pain and frustration associated with the film's constant delays.

"It's truly heartbreaking. The ongoing postponement has disrupted my peace of mind for several days. My family is concerned, and my wife has been preoccupied with this for a month. I'm tempted to step away, but accountability lies with the investors. 'Joshua' is set to release on March 1. Initially, we had plans for 'Dhruva Nakshatra' to release earlier, but circumstances did not permit it," he conveyed with impatience.

In 2016, 'Dhruva Nakshatra' was announced, with the film's team initially planning for a 2017 release. However, financial difficulties led to the film's delay. Although it was initially scheduled for release in November of the previous year, it faced subsequent postponements. A petition has been filed in the High Court on behalf of All In Pictures, alleging that Gautham Menon had signed an agreement to direct the film 'Superstar,' featuring Simbu, and received Rs.2.40 crores, but failed to complete the film and did not return the money. The petition seeks to halt the release of 'Dhruva Nakshatra' until the funds are reimbursed, and the case is currently under investigation. Consequently, the film has experienced multiple postponements in compliance with this legal order.
