The teaser and first single, "Sitar," have been well-received. The theatrical rights for "Mr. Bachchan" are now being sold, with Hindi rights fetching ₹25 crore and Telugu rights starting at ₹35 crore. Andhra rights are quoted at ₹18 crore, though buyers are hesitant over Ravi Teja’s rate. 

People's Media has handed the Nizam distribution rights to Dil Raju's SVC Cinemas, departing from their usual partner, Mythri Movies. The film will release worldwide on August 15, alongside three other movies including "Double Smart." Netflix has secured the digital rights for ₹19.50 crore. The second single, "Reppal Dappal," drops today at 5:04 PM.
