Being South Indian, didn't get offers in Hindi: Jyothika

Actress Jyothika revealed that despite her South Indian background, she struggled to receive offers from Hindi filmmakers. She mentioned facing challenges even after starting her career in Bollywood, attributing the lack of opportunities to her regional origins. However, after some successes in South Indian cinema, she garnered recognition and opportunities in the industry. Jyothika, based in Mumbai, made a comeback in 2024 with the blockbuster film 'Saitan' after her debut in 'Doli Saja Rakh Naa' in 1998. Her upcoming movie 'Shrikanth' is set to release on the 10th of this month.
