Produced by Charmy and Puri Jagannath under the Puri Connect banner, the film is set to release on August 15 as an Independence Day special.

Building on the success of iSmart Shankar, Double iSmart has attracted significant attention. Despite the previous disappointment of Liger, this film is creating a lot of excitement in trade circles. The theatrical rights, including Telugu and Hindi, have been secured by Prime Show Entertainment, with AP/Telangana rights purchased for ₹56 crore and Hindi rights for ₹6 crore.

Charmy has successfully closed the overseas rights deal with Nirvana Cinemas, alongside Telugu rights distributor Niranjan Reddy. The film is expected to have a grand international release. Recent teasers and songs have heightened anticipation, and a pre-release event in Hyderabad will be announced soon.
