Tollywood actor Prithviraj, also known as Prudhviraj, has been issued a non-bailable arrest warrant by a Vijayawada court for failing to comply with court orders.

The issue stems from his wife, Balireddy Srilakshmi, seeking monthly financial support, or alimony, from him.

They married in 1984 but faced marital troubles over time, eventually leading to separation.

Srilakshmi, residing with their children, had requested Rs. 8 lakh per month as alimony, which the court-mandated Prithviraj to pay.

Alleging harassment, Srilakshmi recounted changes in Prithviraj's behavior after he entered the film industry.

Despite the court's order to pay by the 10th of each month, Prithviraj has not complied, resulting in the arrest warrant.
