It is needless to say how immensely successful the web series "Rana Naidu" has become, featuring real-life father and son, Venkatesh and Rana. The popularity of the first season prompted the announcement of a second season during its streaming.

As per the latest buzz circulating in Filmnagar circles, the filming of Season 2 is set to commence on the 25th of this month. There are expectations that the initial schedule will include the shooting of crucial scenes featuring both Rana and Venkatesh. Currently, Rana is playing a pivotal role in Rajinikanth's film directed by Gnanavel Raja. Meanwhile, Venkatesh has not finalized any projects post his recent film. Although there are rumors of Anil Ravipudi directing a film with him, it remains unconfirmed until an official announcement is made. 'Rana Naidu' starred Surveen Chawla, Gaurav Chopra, Suchitra Pillai in other key roles. Directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn Varma, this series is an Indian adaptation of the Hollywood super hit web series 'Ray Donovan'.
