Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, Rakul Preet Singh and Pragya Jaiswal's movie 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the direction of Boyapati Srinu got super hit talk. Despite its release five years ago, the film remains popular and recently set a world record on YouTube by reaching 800 million views for its Hindi version titled 'Khunkhar'. The feat makes 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' the first South Indian dubbed movie to achieve such a milestone, surpassing the previous record held by Yash starrer 'KGF', which currently stands at number two with 772 million views.

Interestingly, while the film failed to impress the Telugu audience, its Hindi version broke records and became a huge hit. Earlier, 'Khunkar' surpassed the views of 'KGF' in Hindi. Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, who made his debut with 'Alludu Seenu' and then appeared in 'Speedunnodu', grabbed everyone's attention with his performance in 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka'.

Directed by mass action cinema specialist Boyapati Srinu, the film released on 11 August 2017, with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Jagapathi Babu and Sarath Kumar are playing important roles in this. Despite the initial reception in Telugu, the success of the Hindi version gave the film new recognition and success.
