Dhanush plays the Lead Character in Ilayaraja Biopic, First Look Poster

Now the biopic of music director Ilayaraja is going to be made into a movie. Ilayaraja's biopic is being made. Tamil star hero Dhanush is going to appear as Ilayaraja in the biopic. The movie was officially announced today. The biopic was announced with the title Ilayaraja. The tagline is The King of Music. Tamil director Arun Matheswaran is directing this movie. Ilayaraja's movie will be released as an India movie in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

Today, the pooja program for this film was held. Kamal Haasan was the chief guest for this program. The title poster was also launched. In this poster, Ilayaraja is seen holding a harmonium box on the streets of Chennai waiting for opportunities. Dhanush said after the movie launch. I am proud to be doing a biopic on Ilayaraja Sir. I wanted to make biopics of both of them in life. One is Ilayaraja sir and two is superstar Rajinikanth. It is reported that many Tamil and Telugu stars will make a guest appearance in this movie.
