Maidaan Movie OTT Release Date

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn's latest film Maidaan is the lead role.  Directed by Amit Rabindranath Sharma, the film is based on the life of legendary Indian football coach Abdul Rahim. Zee Studios and Bonikapur acted as producers. The film was postponed due to unforeseen reasons and finally hit the screens on April 10.

The film, which came in the backdrop of sports, was average at the box office. Now this movie has recently come in OTT.  The movie is currently available for rental on the popular OTT platform Amazon Prime.  Prime has made this movie available for Rs.349.

Between 1950-62 there was a huge craze for the game of football in India. But the football coach Abdul Raheem is the reason why the game of football is so popular.  The Indian football team won the Asian Games in 1951 and 1962 when Abdul Rahim was the coach.

And this movie is based on the events that happened when Abdul Rahim was a coach. Ajay Devgan played the role of Abdul Rahim. Priyamani played the role of his wife. Gajraj Rao in this movie. Rudranil Ghosh played a key role.
