Vignesh Karthick, known for "Thittam Irandu" and the song "Adiyae," has directed his latest film, "Hot Spot," which hit theaters on March 29. The movie boasts an ensemble cast including Kalaiyarasan, Sandy Master, Gouri G Kishan, Ammu Abhirami, Aadhitya Baaskar, Subash Selvam, Janani, and Sofia. Now, it's set for an OTT release.

"Hot Spot" is scheduled to stream on aHa Tamil and Prime Videos starting May 17. Despite receiving a mixed to positive reception after its theatrical debut, the film has garnered attention. According to a review from CE, "The film tackles important societal issues within a quirky premise but falters due to tonal shifts and inconsistencies."
