Kurangu Pedal, directed by Kamalakannan and produced by Sivakarthikeyan Productions, will hit the screens on June 14th on the Aha Tamil OTT platform.

Set in the 1980s in Salem's Katheri village, the film explores the relationship between a determined son learning to ride a bicycle and his father.

Inspired by Rasi Azhagappan's short story "Cycle," the movie features Santhosh Velumurugan, VR Raghavan, M Gnanasekar, Rathish, and Sai Ganesh in key roles.

Kaali Venkat plays the father, and Prasanna Balachander and Jenson Diwakar from the popular YouTube channel Nakkalites also feature in the cast.

Despite its predictable storyline, Kurangu Pedal has received positive reviews since its release on May 3rd.

With music by Ghibran Vaibodha, cinematography by Sumee Baskaran, editing by Shivanandeeswaran, and sound design by Antony BJ Ruban, the film promises an engaging viewing experience for both kids and adults alike.
