Madha Gaja Raja Movie Review
Madha Gaja Raja is an old but entertaining comedy film with good dialogues, though it falls short in visuals, dubbing, and music, earning a 2.5-star rating.

Vishal’s film Madha Gaja Raja was originally made 12 years ago in 2013 but did not release due to various reasons. Recently, it was released in Tamil during Sankranti and became a hit. Following this, the Telugu version was released today, January 31. Vishal plays the lead role, with Anjali and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as the heroines. The film also features Sonu Sood, Santhanam, Manobala, Gayathri Rao, Manivannan, Sharath Saxena, and Sathya Krishnan in key roles. Directed by Sundar C and produced under Gemini Circuits, the film is now available for Telugu audiences.
Technical Aspects
The cinematography could have been better in terms of visuals. The songs are neither appealing to listen to nor to watch. Some characters’ Telugu dubbing does not match well, and the background music feels overpowering in certain scenes. However, the dialogues are a major plus point for the movie. Director Sundar C, known for his comedy and horror films, executed this movie in his signature comedic style, making it an entertaining watch. The production values were good for the time it was made, and some scenes were notably shot in real locations in Hyderabad.
Final Verdict
Although Madha Gaja Raja is an old film, it can still be enjoyed as a fun-filled comedy. If you are looking for a movie purely for laughter, this could be a decent choice. The film gets a rating of 2.5 stars.
