Amul milk will be available in foreign markets for the first time. Jayen Mehta, MD, Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) said that Amul milk will be introduced in America within a week. But this is the first to introduce fresh milk outside India.

"We will introduce Amul Tasha, Gold, Shakti, and Slim n Trim products within a week," he said. For this purpose, it was explained that they have entered into a partnership with the Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA), a 108-year-old milk cooperative. Mehta said that the milk collection and processing will be undertaken by MMPA and the marketing in the name of the Amul brand will be undertaken by his company. First Amul milk will be available in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Washington, Dallas, Texas, etc.

Mehta said that the main focus will be on branding and marketing in the next 3-4 months. He said that products like paneer, curd, and buttermilk will also be introduced in the coming days.GCMMF is already exporting milk products to 50 countries.
