She noted that the new stores would provide more opportunities for customers to explore and purchase Apple products while connecting with knowledgeable team members.

In a significant move, Apple will also begin manufacturing the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max series in India, marking the first time these models are produced locally. This initiative aligns with Apple's long-term commitment to manufacturing in India, which began in 2017. The Made-in-India iPhone 16 series is expected to be available for local customers and for export to select countries starting this month.
