Dilip Kumar's former bungalow in Bandra's Pali Hill is being transformed into "The Legend," a luxury residential complex by Ashar Group. The project has already surpassed Rs 500 crore in sales, with 19 high-end flats, including duplexes and triplexes. The complex will also feature a museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar. The apartments are priced at Rs 1.50 lakh per square foot, with buyers including businessmen and infrastructure promoters.
